The CEP programme is a fantastic opportunity to learn in a wonderfully supportive environment. I have been given many opportunities to grow, gaining many new skills and colleagues along the way.
The NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme, delivered by Anglia Ruskin University, is the biggest entrepreneurial workforce development programme of its kind. Open to all NHS staff; both clinical and non-clinical, it aims to provide NHS staff with the commercial skills, knowledge and experience needed to successfully develop and spread innovative solutions to the challenges facing the NHS.
The curriculum covers all aspects of setting up and running a small business or being an intrapreneur, including attracting investors, applying for funding, communications, and legal and regulatory considerations. Guidance on how to build a start-up – and how to operate in this highly-charged environment is delivered as a series of educational events attended by industry mentors.
Applications open 3rd October and close 30th October 2022. To find out more and to apply visit www.nhscep.com/apply-now or contact the team at [email protected]
