The North East Innovation Lab, part of Newcastle Hospitals has been featured in the national and international specialist media.
New York based global publication Genomeweb spoke to Dr John Tyson, head of the lab about its work in ultimately protecting communities from current, and future virus and health threats.

The technologies the lab assesses are at various stages of development, from early concepts through to devices that are market-ready.
